If creative prosecution was designed by the DEMOCRATS to hurt Trump politically, it clearly hasn’t that much... On the contrary, his popularity increased after each new prosecution!

For example, announcing a strong vice-presidential candidate a few hours before the debate would have captured all the media attention in his favor.  But Donald Trump didn't need such an event, and Joe Biden's display of his profound physical aging completely handed victory to his opponent.
