THE 2024 DEBATE - DONALD TRUMP AND JOE BIDEN - By Bernard Bujold-  Joe Biden collapsed in his first confrontation with Donald Trump!  I was convinced before the Thursday, June 27 debate that an external element was needed for Trump to win. For example, announcing a strong vice-presidential candidate a few hours before the debate would have captured all the media attention in his favor.  But Donald Trump didn't need such an event, and Joe Biden's display of his profound physical aging completely handed victory to his opponent.
