BACK ON EARTH... 
The astronauts from NASA’s Artemis II mission returned home safely Friday evening (April 10,2026), completing a historic lunar flyby after drifting back to Earth under parachutes. The Orion capsule that ferried the crew during the mission landed off the coast of San Diego at 8:07 p.m. Eastern time, broadcast on a NASA livestream. A recovery team arrived to retrieve the crew—Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch, and Jeremy Hansen. 
The agency says the four astronauts were in excellent condition.

THE TURTLE AND THE RABBIT...  By Bernard Bujold - The American presidential campaign of 2024 is reminiscent of that of 2016, and is also reminiscent of Lafontaine's fable “The Hare and the Tortoise”...  In the 2016 US presidential election, Hillary Clinton was comfortably leading the polls, and the Democrats had even prepared the victory party in a grand New York hotel.  Donald Trump, however, had been strategic and won with the highest number of electoral votes, despite a popular vote in Hillary's favor.  In 2020, Joe Biden narrowly won the election because of the COVID crisis, which traumatized the whole world and created a kind of fear of the Trump character.  In 2024, neither candidate dominates the campaign, except that observers recognize that Trump has a detailed policy agenda, unlike Harris, who occupies the “novelty” chair. L'ÉPOQUE DES ARTISTES...  Par Bernard Bujold -  Dans une autre de mes vies, j'aimais beaucoup côtoyer les artistes et j'y avais développé plusieurs amitiés. L'une des amies de cette époque est la chanteuse Manon d'Inverness. Même si je suis aujourd'hui à plusieurs années lumière de mes anciennes vies, je continue de suivre l'évolution de mes anciens "mondes" et grâce à Facebook, j'ai pu apprendre que Manon venait de lancer un nouvel album de ses chansons: LA NUIT TROP NOIRE AVEC DU BLEU.  Un très bel album par une grande artiste québécoise. La qualité de la voix, la musique et les textes sont du calibre et du style des Richard Desjardins, Michel Rivard, ou même d’un groupe comme Les Cowboys fringants. Un album très inspirant! On peut l'écouter l'album de Manon d'Inverness sur toutes les plates-formes musicales comme Apple Music, Spotify et les autres.
